Following the award of a public tender, ELMAN was commissioned by the “Ministry of Agriculture, Sea Fishing, Rural Development and Water and Forest Resources” of the Kingdom of Morocco, to implement the extension of the GMDSS network to the coasts of Morocco.
ELMAN will build and set up 8 new VHF sites all along the coast and will integrate the other 10 existing VHF sites.
In the existing Bouznika MRCC center, ELMAN will provide an integrated VCS system for the remote control of all remote VHF radios and telephone lines.
The system will also include a digital recorder, a DSC server and a global network monitoring system (NMS).
