ELMAN was awarded the contract for the supply and commissioning of the new Port Louis VTS for the Mauritius Ports Authority (MPA) in the Republic of Mauritius.
The system includes a Control Center (CC) in Port Louis and two Remote Sensor Sites (RSS).
The New Port Louis VTS will rely on two solid state radars, AIS base stations, VHF radios, microwave links infrastructure, 8 AtoNs and the Pelagus VTS software.
This new VTS system will improve the safety of navigation and the efficiency of the port activities.
