ELMAN contributed to the new work of artist Rossella Biscotti.
The work is part of the exhibition “The Journey” and is currently displayed at the Vanabbe museum in Eindhoven.
The exhibition will be open until 19 March 2017.
The work analyzes the environmental complexity of the Canal of Sicily.
Through the overlapping of maps, the author is able to show historical trade routes, migrant routes, military depots and artifacts on the bottom of the sea between Italy, Libya and Tunisia.
To accomplish the work, the artist has used scientific tools and the PELAGUS system developed by ELMAN.
